The site
evestrategies.com is operated by Eve Strategies, Austin, Texas. It describes a product we are proving with working agents. Copy, screens, and numbers on the homepage (including the example month) are illustrations of how Eve is built, not a guarantee of your results.
Early access
Submitting the form asks us to contact you about a small founding-agent run. We may or may not have a seat. We may take time to reply. Sending the form does not create an account, a license, or a paid relationship.
If we later offer you access to the app, that will come with its own terms. These site terms do not cover the product itself.
Your details
What we do with the form is in our Privacy page. You must have the right to give us the contact details you enter. Do not submit someone else’s phone number as if it were yours.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, scrape, or overload the form. Do not submit malware or automated junk. We rate-limit and we drop obvious bot rows. We can ignore or delete submissions that look abusive.
Intellectual property
The site, the reversed-e mark, and the product description are Eve Strategies’. You may not copy the site or present Eve as your own. A link to the homepage is fine.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We will try to keep it up. We are not liable for downtime, or for a decision you make based on marketing copy. To the extent Texas law allows, our liability related to this website is limited to $0, because you are not paying to read it.

Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Travis County, Texas, unless a consumer statute that actually applies to you says otherwise.
