We ask for a few details so we can talk to you about early access. That is the whole job. We do not sell them, and we do not run a drip campaign off this form.
Who we are
Eve Strategies (“Eve”, “we”) builds listing marketing for real-estate agents. This site is evestrategies.com. We are based in Austin, Texas.

What we collect
Only from the early-access form on this site, and only if you submit it:
- Name, email, and phone (required)
- Brokerage, market, and listings a month (optional)
- The consent tick (required) that you want us to contact you about early access by email, call, or text
The form includes a hidden “website” field as a bot trap. Real people never see it. If it is filled in, we discard the submission.
We also see ordinary web logs from hosting (IP address, time, URL) so the form can rate-limit abuse. Those are not a marketing list.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may see your IP as a result. We do not run advertising pixels or a third-party analytics tag on this page today.
What we use it for
To contact you about Eve early access: whether there is a seat, what we would need from you, and practical next steps. Email, call, or text, matching what you ticked. One conversation, not a newsletter you did not ask for.
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with other companies for their marketing. We do not add you to a nurture sequence unless you separately agree later.
Texts and calls
If you tick the box, you are asking Eve Strategies to contact you about early access by email, call, or text. Message frequency is low (we answer these by hand). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts, or just email us and we will stop. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of buying anything; this form is not a purchase.
Where it lives
The form posts to our own endpoint on this site. Submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare Workers KV namespace on our Cloudflare account (the same company that hosts the site). Cloudflare is a processor, not a buyer of the list. Oliver Eve reads submissions himself.
How long we keep it
For as long as early access is open and for a reasonable time after we have answered you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Test and probe rows are not treated as real leads.
Your choices
- STOP or an email stops contact.
- Ask what we have, or ask us to delete it, at the address above.
- If you are in a place with extra privacy rights (for example some US states, or the EEA/UK), say so in the email and we will handle the request on that basis.
Children
This form is for working real-estate professionals. We do not collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use what you already sent, we will update this page and, if we still have your email, we will say so.
