What exactly is Eve?

Eve is an installed AI system that handles the operational work most SMBs do slowly or inconsistently — inbound response, lead nurture, and reporting. We build it for your specific business, connect it to your existing tools, and operate it on a monthly retainer. You get the results every morning. You don't touch a dashboard.

It's not a chatbot you buy. It's not a software subscription. It's an operator-managed system, built and run for you.

How is Eve different from an AI tool I could buy myself?

Off-the-shelf AI tools require you to learn them, configure them, maintain them, and fix them when they break. Most businesses spend more time managing the tool than benefiting from it.

Eve is the opposite. We build and operate the system. Your job is to check the morning brief and make the calls Eve flags as needing a human. That's it.

You buy the outcome. We handle everything behind it.
Is Eve a chatbot on my website?

No. A website chatbot is one small component of what Eve can handle. Eve operates across your full inbound surface — web forms, Instagram DMs, Zillow leads, referral emails, phone — and connects into your CRM, calendar, and email. It's a system, not a widget.

How long does it take to get Eve live?

Four weeks from kickoff to your first morning brief.

  • Week 1: We audit your inbound, your tools, your voice, and where your team is losing hours.
  • Weeks 2–3: Eve is built and connected — CRM, email, calendar, lead sources tested end-to-end.
  • Week 4: Live. Eve runs. You get the brief.
What tools does Eve connect to?

We work with the tools you already have. Common integrations include:

  • CRMs: Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Go High Level, Salesforce
  • Calendars: Google Calendar, Calendly, Acuity
  • Lead sources: Zillow, Realtor.com, IDX forms, website contact forms
  • Messaging: Gmail, Instagram DM, SMS
  • Reporting: delivered to your inbox — no new tool to log into

If a tool isn't on this list, ask us. We connect to most things with an API.

Do I need to change the tools I'm already using?

No. Eve installs into your existing stack. We're not selling you a new platform to move to. If your current setup is missing something critical, we'll flag it — but we don't have a preferred CRM or a software referral programme. We're tool-agnostic.

What does the morning brief look like?

A short email in your inbox every morning at 7am. It covers:

  • What Eve handled overnight — leads, enquiries, follow-ups
  • What booked — meetings, showings, calls confirmed
  • What needs you — the handful of conversations that require a personal response

No dashboards. No logins. Just the brief.

What does it cost?

Eve runs on a monthly retainer. Before we talk numbers, we analyse your goals and your business's current position — what's working, what's leaking, and what Eve can realistically move. Pricing is scoped to that, not to a fixed menu.

We don't publish a price list because every install is personal. A business doing 20 inbound leads a week needs a different setup to one doing 200. We scope what Eve can deliver for you specifically, then price accordingly.

If we're not a fit on price or scope, we'll say so on the call. No hard sell.
Is there a long-term contract?

No 12-month lock-ins. We work on monthly retainers. That said, Eve takes four weeks to install — so there's a minimum initial period to get you through setup and live. After that, you're on a rolling monthly basis.

What if Eve isn't right for my business?

We'll tell you on the call before you spend anything. Every engagement starts with an honest analysis of your goals and where your business currently sits. We use that to work out what Eve can realistically deliver for you — and if the answer is "not much", we say so. We'd rather walk away than install something that underdelivers.

This isn't a sales process with a predetermined outcome. It's a genuine assessment.

How do I know if Eve is actually working?

The monthly report makes this concrete. Every 30 days you get hard numbers:

  • Average inbound response time
  • Leads handled vs. booked
  • Follow-up sequences sent and conversion rates
  • Estimated hours saved vs. doing it manually

If the numbers aren't moving, we know before you do — and we fix it.

Who is actually running Eve day to day?

We do. Eve Strategies monitors the system, handles edge cases, updates the sequences as your business changes, and makes sure the brief hits your inbox every morning. You have one point of contact — not a helpdesk ticket queue.

I'm a real estate agent. What specifically does Eve do for me?

Eve answers every inbound lead — Zillow, Realtor.com, IDX forms, Instagram DMs, referral emails — in under 60 seconds, regardless of when it comes in. It qualifies the buyer or seller by intent, books showings directly into your calendar, and launches nurture sequences in your voice across the full buying cycle.

If you're working across multiple markets, Eve runs hyperlocal sequences per market simultaneously. You wake up to a brief telling you who came in, who booked, and who needs a personal call from you. That's it.

Currently in pilot with a top-producing Compass agent across Dallas, Austin, and Newport Beach. Case study live late June 2026.
I already have an ISA (Inside Sales Agent). Why would I need Eve?

A good ISA is valuable — but they sleep, take holidays, and can only handle so many conversations at once. Eve covers the gaps: after-hours, weekends, overflow volume, and the initial 60-second response window that most ISAs can't consistently hit.

Some clients use Eve alongside their ISA. Eve handles qualification and initial response; the ISA takes over for warm conversations. Others replace the ISA function entirely. We scope this based on your setup.

Still have questions?

Ask on the call.

Thirty minutes. No pitch deck. You ask what you need to ask — we tell you straight whether Eve is right for you.
